Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Photo Dropp, a service operated by Photo Dropp LLC (“Photo Dropp,” “we,” “us”). By using the service — whether as a photographer with an account or a parent receiving a delivery link — you agree to these terms.
The service
Photo Dropp lets event photographers upload, tag, and deliver photos to parents and guardians via private magic-link galleries. Parents may purchase original photos from their gallery during a time-limited delivery window (typically 48 hours from first delivery).
Purchases
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by Photo Dropp.
- Prices are set by the photographer and shown to you before checkout. The price at the time of purchase is the price you pay.
- Once a purchase completes, your full-resolution photos unlock for download from your gallery.
- All sales are final. If a photo fails to download or appears corrupted, contact support@photodropp.com and we will work with you to resolve it.
Communications
Photo Dropp sends transactional email and SMS messages to deliver photo links and order confirmations. SMS recipients may reply STOP to opt out of further texts; see our Privacy Policy for full details.
Photo ownership
Photographers retain copyright in the photos they upload. Purchasing a photo grants the buyer a personal, non-exclusive license to view, download, and print the photo for personal, non-commercial use. Resale, sublicensing, and commercial use require the photographer's written permission.
Acceptable use
Don't share your magic link with people the photographer didn't intend to grant access to. Don't attempt to bypass watermarks or download originals without paying. Don't scrape, probe, or attempt to break the service.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that messages will always arrive instantly. To the extent permitted by law, Photo Dropp's liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
